TCORN has at least one annual meeting, held at the AORN Congress. The agenda includes reports of activities, a summary of accomplishments, and the introduction of new officers and committee chairs.
When feasible, a general membership meeting is scheduled in conjunction with the annual conference in January or February. The leadership group holds a strategic planning retreat at least once a year, and schedules conference calls/online meetings to address projects and challenges throughout the year.
TCORN Bylaws and Operating Policies (accessible to the left) are important resources that help to guide the business of the organization. The Operating Policies contain detailed guides to help in planning TCORN activities such as the conference, annual meeting, preparing the ballot, and online voting.
